Trustee services may be billed on a percentage of estate assets pursuant to statute or as agreed upon between the parties.

General Terms
​Business Hours & Additional Fees
Regular business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Calls outside these hours may be billed at $200 per hour.

Payment Terms & Late Fees
Payment for monthly billing is due 10 days after submission. Any outstanding fees after 30 days will incur a 1.5% interest charge per month.

Billing Policies

Contract service providers will be billed directly to clients when appropriate.

Direct out-of-pocket expenses will be billed as applicable; regular postage and mileage are not charged unless extraordinary.

Travel time is billed portal-to-portal.

Documents are retained for 3 years after the completion of a matter, after which paper files will be shredded.
